How practicing Love and Kindness can change the world

But what can I do? I am only one person! Say 8 billion people.

My purpose is to spread well-being and kindness to all being everywhere. Never underestimate how much power you have. Do you know the butterfly effect?  A flap of the wing of a butterfly can create a tsunami in another part of the world! The term was coined in the 1960s by Edward Lorenz, a meteorologist at MIT. Lorenz discovered the effect while running a weather simulation on a computer. He rounded off one of the parameters from 6 decimal places to 3, and the simulated weather was completely different two months later.

It also reminds me of the humming bird story from Pierre Rahbi. One day, there was a huge forest fire. All the terrified animals helplessly watched the disaster. Only the hummingbird decided to take action, going to get a few drops of water in its beak to throw them on the fire.

Every little things counts. If you practice love and kindness you can change yourself, then affect the people around you and it might spread around them, and so on. Everyone can do his part.
